ABOUT US
Hi, I’m Telana — the baker and heart behind Bake Pure Co. I’ve loved baking since I was a teenager. I was always fascinated by how simple ingredients could work together to create something beautiful and delicious that could instantly bring comfort, connection, and joy. As I got older, more and more of my friends began experiencing food sensitivities and allergies. I watched them sit out during celebrations or politely decline dessert, and I knew there had to be a better way. No one should feel left out when it comes to something as simple and joyful as a treat. So, I began experimenting — reworking recipes, learning how ingredients functioned differently, and discovering how to create desserts that more people could enjoy together. My goal became simple: make desserts that taste amazing and feel good in your body. This journey led me to focus on creating allergy-friendly bakes made with wholesome ingredients and lower sugar options. I carefully source from companies that align with my values of quality, whole-food ingredients, and transparency. The true test? My four kids. If they love it, I know it’s a win. Thankfully, they happily approve of most of the items that come out of my kitchen. At Bake Pure Co., we intentionally offer a rotating variety of treats made without common allergens, including soy, wheat, corn, dairy, tree nuts, peanuts, and eggs. While not every bake will be free from all these ingredients, we are committed to ensuring there are always options available each week so more people can enjoy something sweet without worry. In addition to allergy-conscious treats, I also offer Whole Food Plant-Based (WFPB), refined sugar-free bakes made with whole grains and natural sweeteners — desserts that feel indulgent but leave you feeling good. If you have you’ve felt left out at gatherings, live with food sensitivities, or simply want a treat that won’t leave your body regretting it later we are here for you!
